Season Expectations
Our season typically runs from January through July, with fall ball optional. Expect 2-3 practices per week plus weekend tournaments. Full schedule details are shared at the beginning of each season.
Practice Expectations
Practices are focused, structured, and competitive. Players are expected to arrive on time, ready to work hard, and give maximum effort. Positive attitude is required.
Equipment Checklist
Players should have a quality baseball glove, bat, batting gloves, cleats, and a helmet (for younger age groups). Team uniforms and hats are provided. Catchers need personal catching gear.
Communication Process
We use group messaging and email for team communications. Important updates, schedule changes, and announcements are shared through our team channel. Coaches respond within 24 hours.
Team Policies & Code of Conduct
All players and parents are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and positive behavior at all times. Unexcused absences and poor conduct are addressed directly. We hold everyone to a high standard.
Parent Involvement & Volunteering
Parents play a vital role in our program. From tournament logistics to team events, there are many ways to contribute. We believe a strong parent community builds a strong team.
